Return Policy 

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us through one of the methods below, providing your order number and as much detail as possible so that we can best assist you. Please note that we are unable to accept returns for products purchased through another retailer. 

Returns of unopened products can be made for store credit up to 30 days post-purchase. A return shipping fee of $10.99 may apply.

Refund Policy

 Once the returned item has been inspected, the remaining balance, after any applicable deductions, will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Exchange Policy  

Exchanges are available for products that are broken or damaged. If you receive a broken or damaged product, please contact us at greachdistribution@gmail.com with a photo of the item and your order number. Please note that all exchange-related shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid separately.
